I’ve always told myself that I write these posts to help inform the people of what our illegitimate government is doing to us. I’m pretty much done, for several reasons. First, if you can’t see it for yourself by now, you probably never will. Second, this unconstitutional bureaucracy that has enslaved us is now taking aim at Freedom of Speech in some very frightening ways, and I don’t suspect that blogs as we know them will be around many more years anyway. Go ahead, call me paranoid. I don’t care. I’m not even going to explain it to you and point out the facts, as I could, (check out the links in this article) because you are one of the sheeple who will never awaken anyway. I’m through wasting my time with you. Another reason I’m going into semi-retirement is that I can’t decide which outrage shall be deemed “The Outrage of the Day” because there are so many.

We have a government led by a man with questionable credentials, who, in his short time in office, has succeeded in causing three countries to threaten us or our “allies” with nuclear war. I’m speaking of North Korea, Iran, and Pakistan (via Al Qaeda). Virtually nothing he has done falls within the constraints of the Constitution. Indeed, the only thing I’ve seen him do of which I approve was having the courage to kill a fly on camera without fear of offending the PETA freaks. He is supposedly a Constitutional scholar, but his actions show that he lacks even a basic understanding of the intents of our Founding Fathers. He has recently tried to give unconstitutional governing powers to an unconstitutional Federal Reserve, which is neither federal, nor a reserve, but has been allowed to place every single Citizen of this country in their debt. He thinks that the answer to our economic woes is to federalize everything and to print and spend money until our dollar and standard of living are on a par with Mexico’s.

We are subjects of a government that fears us, as the recent string of anti-gun and anti-First Amendment legislation shows. This is unhealthy and dangerous, and a harbinger of things to come. As someone who believes in the Constitution I must temper my voice, as I have been repeatedly been labeled a potential terrorist, suitable for imprisonment without trial, gun confiscation, and who knows what else. I take these threats seriously and applaud those who are aware of them and continue fighting the good fight, consequences be damned. They are more courageous than myself, and hopefully, better financially equipped to dodge the many lawyer/law enforcement-shaped arrows that this tyrannical government will surely fire at them. I’m speaking of the sites linked in the sidebar to the right, and many others. Without their voices we would be truly lost, as there’s very little “news” on television and print media that isn’t propagandized.

I will post funny stuff I find and perhaps some of my own political satire from time to time, but any of you who depend on me to find the stuff the network news has ignored will have to read the sidebar, which I will leave in place. Anyone who doubts the things I have referenced in this post may leave a comment and I may or may not point you in the right direction, depending on how intelligently worded your comments are. Thanks for your support, but it’s time to concentrate my efforts elsewhere. Surely those who support the current administration will say good riddance to me, but for them I have a simple question. How long will it be before they get around to shutting you up too? Remember, Hitler executed the leadership of his own Brownshirts when it was politically expedient.

As an aside, I’ve heard people say that to question the government is unpatriotic. To the contrary. I love this country, but I absolutely hate the government, because it no longer follows the Constitution. Therefore, it is illegitimate and needs to be brought back to what the Founding Fathers intended. I’m not picking on the new administration, although it may seem like it. They happily inherited an already corrupt system and have taken it to the next logical step(s). This post is not seditious. The Constitution is not a living document, it is a rock and should be treated as such. Something alive can be killed, and killing is the one thing that governments do well. The sedition has been perpetrated by those in power, and we need to get rid of them and start over with some people who understand the real intentions of those who created the greatest government the world has ever seen. My only hope is that we get a chance to see it again someday.

To the Federal Government: See what quashing Freedom of Speech does? Now that you have shut me up you have no idea what the hell I’m doing, and I’m not telling. The right to remain silent is a more powerful right than many understand. Rot in Hell, you dirty bastards.

Disclaimer for our Dear Leaders: This is not a threat, please don’t send your thugs to my door and prove my point. I won’t answer any of your questions anyway, and you will be recorded and your actions posted online.

Think what you want about the John Birch Society, but its founder, Robert Welch, was right on target when he made these predictions regarding the United States in 1958 and recounted them in 1974. Here is a video of him speaking the truth:

In the speech he states that the Federal government would induce the gradual surrender of American sovereignty, piece by piece and step by step to various international organizations of which the United Nations is the outstanding but far from the only example. Mr. Welch then gave ten points that the federal government was working towards, and here is a somewhat condensed version of them:
1. Greatly expanded government spending for every conceivable means of getting rid of ever larger sums of American money as wastefully as possible.
2. Higher and then much higher taxes.
3. An increasingly unbalanced budget, despite the higher taxes.
4. Wild inflation of our currency.
5. Government controls of prices, wages, and materials, supposedly to combat inflation.
6. Greatly increased socialistic controls over every operation of our economy and every activity of our daily lives This is to be accompanied, naturally and automatically by a correspondingly huge increase in the size of our bureaucracy, and in both the cost and reach of our domestic government.
7. Far more centralization of power in Washington, and the practical elimination of our state lines.
8. The steady advance of federal aid to and control over our educational system, leading to complete federalization of our public education.
9. A constant hammering into the American consciousness of the horror of modern warfare.
10. Consequent willingness of the American people to allow the steps of appeasement by our government, which amount to a piecemeal surrender of the rest of the free world, and of the United States itself.

Sound familiar? Is there any one point that we haven’t already reached? The video goes on with him speaking of ways we can defeat this federal usurpation of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Here are his five objectives:
1. Restore the complete independence of the United States, including getting out of the United Nations.
2. Return to a gold-backed currency.
3. Reduce the size of the federal government by at least 50%. (Surely he would raise that number if he were alive to see the current state of affairs today)
4. Withdraw American troops everywhere except where Congress has declared war.
5. Remove the federal government from all areas not Constitutionally mandated.

In other words, FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION!!!
To some, it may seem incredible that we would have to tell our government that it needs to follow the Constitution, but the price of liberty is always eternal vigilance, and we all have been asleep at the switch.

Alex Jones has received a secret report distributed by the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) entitled “The Modern Militia Movement” and dated February 20, 2009. A footer on the document indicates it is “unclassified” but “law enforcement sensitive,” in other words not for public consumption. A copy of the report was sent to Jones by an anonymous Missouri police officer.

The MIAC report specifically describes supporters of presidential candidates Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr as “militia” influenced terrorists and instructs the Missouri police to be on the lookout for supporters displaying bumper stickers and other paraphernalia associated with the Constitutional, Campaign for Liberty, and Libertarian parties.

“Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) provides a public safety partnership consisting of local, state and federal agencies, as well as the public sector and private entities that will collect, evaluate, analyze, and disseminate information and intelligence to the agencies tasked with Homeland Security responsibilities in a timely, effective, and secure manner,” explains the MIAC website. “MIAC is the mechanism to collect incident reports of suspicious activities to be evaluated and analyzed in an effort to identify potential trends or patterns of terrorist or criminal operations within the state of Missouri. MIAC will also function as a vehicle for two-way communication between federal, state and local law enforcement community within our region.”

MIAC is part of the federal “fusion” effort now underway around the country. “As of February 2009, there were 58 fusion centers around the country. The Department has deployed 31 officers as of December 2008 and plans to have 70 professionals deployed by the end of 2009. The Department has provided more than $254 million from FY 2004-2007 to state and local governments to support the centers,” explains the Department of Homeland Security on its website. Missouri is mentioned as a participant in this federal “intelligence” effort. Read More- -More from the Kansas City Star
